new this morning: a deputy involved shooting. in pasco county. one man, is now dead. and a pregnant woman caught in the middle. is safe. it happened last night in the 52 hundred block of blue jay drive in the area of holiday and new port richey. neighbors say they heard a couple fighting in the house they heard a man yell that he had a gun. and that s when they called 9-1-1. deputies arrived around nine p-m. a pregnant woman ran outside. and said the man inside had knives and guns. deputies also saw the man with a knife. and heard the man say he was ?not going to surrender and deputies would have to kill him. deputies tried negotiating with him for about two hours. then, they used tear gas. and the swat team entered. they tased him.. and he still charged at deputies. that s when they opened fire killing him. the man s name has not been released because next of kin has not been notified. the pregnant woman and deputies were ?not seriously injured. pasco detectives have a new c

new this morning: u-s-f police are it happened last night, while she was on campus. fox 13 s shayla reaves is covering this for us. .she joins us ?live from campus, a former supervisor at the f-d-l-e is facing charges the santa rosa county sheriff s office says charles mcmullen was arrested after two 8-year-old boys say he engaged in sexual activity with them on several occasions. before moving to pensacola, mcmullen work as an f-d-l-e special agent with the cyber squad in tampa. we interviewed him for a story in 20-12. investigators are now trying to determine if there are any ?more victims. in our area. mcmullen is now on administrative leave with the f-d-l-e. heartless thieves this morning. they say the crooks robbed ?seniors. at two different publix grocery stores. and detectives believe the seniors were actually ?targeted. because of their trusting nature. fox 13 s evan lambert talked with one 70 year old woman , who got preyed on. scum. they re the scum of the earth.
