Portsmouth Police Department are asking for help identifying the individual who discharged a firearm outside New Franklin School on Friday, April 5, at around 2:30 a.m.
Bank employees say the suspect did not display a weapon but said that he was armed. The suspect got away with cash, but an amount is not being released.
