witness for the prosecution in the criminal case against the former president in new york city joining us now state attorney for palm beach counselee, dave erinberg to discuss this all let me start with the basic question does this new lawsuit against donald trump against michael cohen have any teeth to it good morning, sam no, it s just a pr stunt wrapped in a lawsuit we ve seen this before from the former president he went after letitia james herself suing her. he went after hillary clinton suing her. when he went after hillary clinton the judge there was judge middlebrooks down in my neck of the woods in west palm beach. he was so angered by that lawsuit he threw it out and imposed serious sanctions against the lawyers, so that made trump dismiss the lawsuit against letitia james because he got the same judge, judge middlebrooks he could pull the same judge who will not have any patience for
