Clear a charging decision could happen in the next few weeks. victor, erica? all right, paula. thank you. we ll get more perspective on what this could mean not only for the investigation but the former president s legal troubles. joining us now, dave aaronberg of palm beach, florida. let s start first with the oval office meeting, which as paula points out, we know a lot about it from the january 6th meetings from the house. how significant is this? how significant could it be for the overall investigation? good morning, erica. i think it s very important. what you had was a group of individuals called team crazy who came to the white house unannounced, sidney powell, rudy giuliani, patrickb burnes, and you had michael flynn and they were intercepted by what s called team normal.
Have. here they use the term sensitive but unclassified information. that is a category of government information that is entitled to heightened protection. given some of the allegations that have been made over the years about donald trump and how he reveals information, addresses witnesses, they have a heightened concern here. trump and nauta have consented to this protective order. to me, the biggest message is, things are moving very quickly. that s the reputation of this southern district of florida. it s known in legal circles as a rocket docket. doy i doj is ready to turn over information and get moving with the case. dave aaronberg, you are with us as well. they are ready to provide unclassified discovery. this is still very sensitive information. isn t it? it is.
