押人上山嗆不給錢「輪姦再賣到酒店」 男恐嚇取財判刑1年 - 社會
2017年間，張姓男子夥同多名男子假借理由，向劉姓男子及其女友周女恐嚇取財，除了把2人押往新北市樹林區大同山，還出言恫嚇：「如果不給錢，就當場輪姦周女，再把她賣到酒店賣淫」，嚇得劉男下跪求饒，勒索18萬元得手，劉男還被迫簽下借據及本票，新北地院審理後，依恐嚇取財罪，判處張男1年徒刑。其他4名同夥分別觸犯恐嚇取財及剝奪他人行動自由罪，被判處3個月至8個月不等徒刑，可上訴。
