Experts say the office supply completions across the top seven cities in India will touch 165 million square feet between 2023 and 2025 while Bengaluru will lead the supply with 29 percent of the total share in India.
Vaishnavi Group has partnered with Manipal Hospitals to develop a built-to-suit hospital in South Bengaluru. The tertiary care hospital, named Vaishnavi Sushrutha, will offer 250 beds and provide curative and preventive healthcare services. Construction began in March 2022 and is expected to be completed by December 2024. The project aims to meet India s growing demand for healthcare space.
The demand for office space in India remained strong in the first three quarters of 2023, with 38 million sq ft of space taken up in the top six cities, nearly matching the absorption during the same period in 2022. Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR were the leading cities, accounting for half of India s total office space demand.
