A proposal by the harbor commission to build a floating dock at East Ferry for the harbormaster’s boat has been challenged by the town council, The Jamestown Press reported Feb. 13, 2003. Instead of spending $15,000 to build the dock, the councilors are recommending relocating the boat to Fort Wetherill. Up until now, the boat
