Built in 1928, this 10,000-square-foot building in the Fort George neighborhood has been owned by the same family since 1976. The single-story building has a basement and was last used as a medical facility by New York State. The building has approximately 50,000 square feet of air rights, and the new buyer plans to replace it with a mixed-use building with 40,000 square feet of residential space and 10,000 square feet of commercial space.
