The head of South Dakota Housing Development Authority is stepping down from the position after holding it for more than two years. The move comes as the state agency is setting rules for a contentious $200 million dollar housing infrastructure program.
The infrastructure funding for the project breathed some life into the Ridge View on Foster development that’s gone quiet since the pandemic hit the area in 2020
