absolutely. this judicial meddling has to stop. eventually it will go to the supreme court and we believe the law is on our side. let s say this logically for a moment. democrats believe that barack obama had the law on his side to create this daca out of if that s the case and the president does have that power, then doesn t the president regardless of the next president and regardless of party doesn t the next president have the power to stop daca as well? logically it makes sense the president has to stop it. this judicial meddling from activist judges we re quite frankly appalled by it but we have to get a solution. the time for talk is over. we have to protect the american people first and have to offer something to these daca folks. we have to get a fix in place that s lasting and we won t see ourselves back in the same position in five to six to seven years. jon: i think everybody would agree on that. hogan gidley, the deputy white house press secretary. good to have you o
