APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Councilman White made a motion to approve the agenda and Councilman Sticka seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried. MINUTES: Councilman Sticka made a motion to approve the February 7, 2022, Regular Meeting Minutes and Councilman Binstock seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried. Councilman White made a motion to approve the February 17, 2022, Special Meeting Minutes and Councilman Binstock seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
