Dodgers minor league right-hander Nick Frasso had his best start of the year for Double-A Tulsa. David Dahl homered in the ninth and delivered the walk-off hit in the 10th inning for Triple-A Oklahoma City. Plus, Michael Busch won Pacific Coast League player of the month for July.
