democratic senate primary in ohio, and that, of course, is senator sherrod brown. andrew weissmann will be joining us this evening with more defending trunk new news including this astonishingly insane appeal to the united states supreme court that we are going to get to during this hour. you have a great show, my friend. thank you. tonight, nbc news is projecting that once again, joe biden will win a much larger percentage of the vote in the democratic presidential primary in ohio then donald trump will win in the republican presidential primary in ohio. joe biden currently has 87% of the vote. donald trump currently has 79% of the vote, and nbc news projects that the republican nominee for senate in the state of ohio will be the trump- endorsed candidate, bernie moreno. bernie moreno is running for the senate seat, held for the last 17 years by senator sherrod brown, who won his primary tonight with 100% of the vote. bernie moreno got 49.7% of the vote in a primary
