SALEM, MA The Republican challenger in the 2020 U.S. 6th Congressional District race is pushing forward in a lawsuit against the state over election results on the basis that the allowance of no-excuse, mail-in ballots, ballot drop boxes and early voting because of the coronavirus health crisis violated the state constitution.
John Paul Moran, who unsuccessfully challenged incumbent Democrat Seth Moulton, was one of five candidates who moved the lawsuit previously filed in federal court to state court on the advice of a federal judge, the candidates said. ....

Sudbury's Ingrid Centurion and five others sue state over election results

More than a month after the general election, five losing Republican candidates have filed suit against Massachusetts, claiming election fraud.
The group includes Sudbury resident Ingrid Centurion, an Iraq War veteran who lost her bid for the 13th Middlesex District seat to incumbent state Rep. Carmine Gentile with 31% of the final vote. It s led by John Paul Moran, who unsuccessfully challenged Congressman Seth Moulton on the North Shore. 
This is going to help every future candidate who runs, Centurion told the Daily News.
Moran presented his case Tuesday at John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse in Boston. ....
