so to me at least this does present something of a puzzle. right. so i think you have to go into the mindset now for just a traditional regular voter who is somebody who is not spending a whole lot of time following politics, thinking about politics, they pretty much have a low opinion anyway of washington and people who work in washington. what they re looking for is what s going on right now in my own life and how are people whose job it is to be public servants, how are they making it better or worse? what i hear in focus groups is just a feeling of a sort of malaise. people say that they re disappointed or they re anxious or they re frustrated. they feel as if, right, we re still sort of trapped in this covid cycle, we can t seem to break out of it, it continues to impact everything from child care to schools to what s available on the shelves. inflation is a real problem and it s pinching people s pockets

it absolutely is more contagious with those who are vaccinated. they re getting minor cases. those who are unvaccinated can still get cases that leave them in the hospital and unfortunately they re not all going to make it. the governor of florida says you can take precautions or not, but at this point in the covid cycle, it is on you. is that basically where you stand? i think getting vaccinated is the most important thing. if you are vaccinated, the risk is low. now, look, if you re vaccinated but you have immuno conditions or you re in your 70s or 80s, you re still going to want to be careful. you re going to want to make sure to especially wear a mask around others indoors. this is such a highly contagious variant, and it s spreading like wildfire. those who are vaccinated get minor cases and those who aren t this can be deadly and put you in the hospital. i really hope this is a wake-up call for those who are unvaccinated to give it another look. saying you know what, given th
