MIDDLETOWN Optimism continues to rise as 2021 moves along, and the chamber continues to be on the move.
Gov. Ned Lamont’s announcement last week regarding the easing of restrictions on capacity limits at restaurants, retail establishments, libraries, personal service establishments, indoor recreation facilities, gyms and fitness centers, museums, aquariums and zoos, offices and more, is another example of us going in the right direction in Connecticut.
