A new Allen County Jail can be built on the former International Harvester site at 3003 Meyer Road, the Fort Wayne Board of Zoning Appeals ruled Thursday.
Allen County officials and township trustees elected in November got an early start on the coming new year, gathering in the 120-year-old rotunda of the Allen County Courthouse for their
