Its not quite ripping up the rules but from today, life in wales is far less limited. Social distancing is no longer written into law. No need to count how many people meet indoors. Facemasks are still mandatory in shops and most indoor spaces, something emma says she can live with. I think its quite a good idea, really, because theres still quite a lot of vulnerable people.
