Poczta Polska poinformowała o podpisaniu umowy z właścicielem sieci sklepów Biedronka. W związku z tym w niehandlową niedzielę 18 lipca otwartych było kilkadziesiąt sklepów tej sieci. Na temat omijania przez kolejne sieci sklepów ustawy o ograniczeniu handlu w niedzielę w „Głosie pracownika” mówił Alfred Bujara, przewodniczący Krajowego Sekretariatu Banków, Handlu i Ubezpieczeń NSZZ „Solidarność”. Alfred Bujara przypomniał, że handlowa Solidarność od trzech lat apeluje do rządu i parlamentarzystów o uszczelnienie ustawy. – Po prostu wiedzieliśmy, do czego dojdzie, że z czasem coraz więcej pracodawców będzie wykorzystywać lukę, umożliwiającą uznanie za placówkę pocztową.
