Tucson City Council looking to fill Ward 3 seat
According to the city, his resignation will go into effect on March 1st.
To qualify for the position, you must have lived in the city limits for the last three years and in Ward 3 for at least one year (with adjustments in the event of annexation or redistricting).
The city said the person appointed to the seat will serve out the remainder of the term, but must agree not to seek the office in the upcoming elections.
You must submit your cover letter and resume to the city clerk by 5 p.m. on Friday, February 26th.
