Stacey Wachowski asked the Town Council whether it ever had plans to have meetings Zoomed or videotaped so residents not able to attend could find out what was going on.
The proposed 240,000-square-foot retail area, which developers have said would include a Wendy’s as well as other national franchises, would bring in an estimated $1.2 million in property taxes.
Most importantly, the comprehensive plan is a document based on input from the community and can adapt to changing conditions, Town Administrator Nick Bellar said.
Representatives of Lifewell Christian Church plan to do a $5 million expansion and renovation of the building located at 7037 E. 117th Ave., Lifewell pastor Danny Cox said.
