The Concord City Council on Tuesday morning approved a $4.5 million mid-year compensation package that would increase pay for more than two-thirds of the city s workforce.
In order to attract the best employees and retain the quality workforce it already has, the City of Concord is looking into approving a mid-year compensation plan adjustment.
