Tünde Tátrai, a researcher at Corvinus University and a member of the Public Procurement Authority, is among the top 10 scholars in the world specializing in public procurement, according to an international study that analyzed the professional articles of nearly 1,300 authors from the past four decades.
The pressure for EU legislation to protect academic freedom ramped up towards the end of 2023 when the European Parliament’s STOA panel for the future of science and technology set out its plan of action.
