Here the law is designed so it is not the government that imposes punishment. Every citizen is deputized to bring an action. Thats why it is difficult to bring a challenge against the law. Even if you succeed in getting temporary or permanent relief against one person, you have all of these other people that can potentially sue these providers, which is right now providers say theyre not performing abortions after six weeks.
