We dont have a special source of funds for public sites. We dont separate funds for that purpose. Some of the sites we just did an r. F. Q. For nine sites last week. Three site came to us to purchase by the city. Five of us came to us via land dedication. Were under pressure and we want to develop those as well. We have a long queue. Its not always possible even if the site were able to support a larger number of units. Its just not possible given the funding that we have.
