Residents from St Lawrence to Clermont to Gumlu will be able to anonymously complete a live survey from Monday. Senior Constable Steve Smith said police did not have any expectations and were approaching the survey with an open mind. “We know there are a lot of issues in the community we are not aware about,” Constable Smith said. “We want to see the other side of the story.” But one thing Constable Smith said police wanted know was whether their allocation of resources in the community were mirroring residents perceptions of safety.
