Kate Chastain Names Her Dream Below Deck Crew Members
Adrienne Gang may have been the chief stew for the first season of
Below Deck, but it’s longtime cast member Galley Talk.
It’s no surprise that
Kate would want to work with Captain Lee Rosbach again. Kate, and Lee are relics from the
Below Deck past that worked together with Eddie Lucas in the early seasons. Eddie, like Kate, is not the original bosun but is the one viewers remember. Especially for hooking up with former stew
Kate already sang Rachel Hargrove’spraises and named her as the chef she would want in the galley. Rounding out her interior would be her bestie
Luckily, Amy was able to spend some time with Kelley while filming
Below Deck Galley Talk, which airs Fridays at 8/7c on Bravo (clip below). It was great to go back, seeing his new place. It’s his first, like, grown-up, big boy place where he has it by himself, and it’s a really cute house, Amy said of the experience of sitting on a couch with Kelley while watching all of the drama of
Below Deck Season 8 on the show. I’m very proud of him, and it was great to get to catch up and just hang out for that time.

Kate, Connie, and the rest of the Below Deck Galley Talk crew commented on the emotional moment as they gave commentary on the most recent Below Deck episode.
Kate Chastain was hesitant about the new show
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the former chief stew talked about the spinoff show Below Deck Galley Talk.
While it’s an obvious choice for the network to bring on the opinionated TV star to join the show, she admits that she wasn’t instantly onboard with the idea.
And during her chat with the media outlet, she explained exactly why.
“I was like listen, I’ve done Below Deck for six years and then I watched it, I lived it, I’m kind of like I’m not sure I have anything else to say at this point about drunk charter guests. Like I got no more jokes about it,” explained the former chief stew.
