Texas 'book ban' law blocked by 5th Circuit Appeals Court

Recently a 10th-grade student in Washington failed a quiz… by telling the truth. It was a “world history” quiz  (please feel free to honk if you understand how this has anything to do with world history), true/false, in which the student didn’t come up with the answers that the “teacher” wanted.
