We can build luxury condos and we can do soft story we dont require demolition but for Affordable Housing which i believe in, we have to demolish. Thats really an interesting point of view. I dont agree with it. Let me point out a couple of things. I have a soft story list of actually counted 256. Theres about 50 of those sites that only have a block and lot number no educator i couldnt find it on the Planning Department maps.
