system we trust versus all of those institutions we don t. juries take an oath to be fair. juries do not confuse opinion with fact. what about the media and politics? do you think they take an oath to be fair. ? court there are rules, there is a referee, a referee may be imperfect but that is better than no referee at all. where is the referee in politics, in court the jury evaluating the evidence for themselves, there is no reporter, no politician editing what happened. in court you have to be complete, fair, factual and complete, how different that is from the other institutions, courts use cross-examination. maybe the real reason we respect our justice system is the destination sought, juries seek something called truth. media want to be first, juries want to be fair, politics wants to win at any cost, juries know the rules matter as much as the out come matters, juries are the smallest form of government we have. 12 americans deciding matters as important as life and deat

Trey: the joy of children at christmastime, no matter how old we are or old we get, we were the excitement of seeing santa claus as a child. because we remember we do everything in our power to make sure that magic is preserved for the children of today. we hold them on our hold target a better shoulder to get a better view, we stand in cold, march in bands or dance in parades, we want children to experience the same joy we experienced as a child, it is timeless. it is a gift that old give the young. waiting on a parade route with a cold wind whipping because santa claus is coming. then the question, is that him? is that santa claus? last sunday night in wisconsin it was not santa claus coming down the parade route. he is not a career criminal on bond.
That s going on here. the investigation is going back do see if police interacted with this person. what were they fleeing from earlier? jim, wisconsin governor put out a statement that he wrote on facebook. quote, cathy and i are raying for waukesha tonight and the kids, families and community members affected by this senseless act. i m grateful for the first responders and folks that acted quickly to help and we are in contact with local partners awaiting more information. how shaken will this community be as this event? i think they are shaken and the news could get worse. it is a heart breaking incident to hear the children that have been injured. marching in the parade. it is really heart breaking. devastating. you know, i agree with what frank said. i think the analysis is right.
Definitely some loud possible gunshot sounds. did your wife tell you how many shots? do you remember? 20? 30? four or five? no, no. maybe one or two. it was a very small number. were you sitting at the five points area? is that where the parade begins or ends? that s kind of middle of the parade route. it starts i would say four blocks north of the location we were at, and so, it was kind of a the parade was just continuing through. i would say it was nearing the end but but still full end to end if you will? still full end to end as far as participants and spectators. so as this suv entered did it basically plow through half of the parade route in essence?
