One on the outer loop. Its closing several lanes between connecticut avenue and 355. From a look at our trafficland cam, you can see the delays on the inner loop of the beltway right there. We understand an earlier tractortrailer accident which spilled fuel spilled that fuel on to not only the inner loop but also the outer loop of the beltway where we also have delays in this area. For commuters in north bethesda, best bet is to stay off the beltway because this is certainly going to become a major issue within the next 20 to 30 minutes.
