The Finance Committee began its budget review hearings as a meeting of the whole City Council on May 29 with Mayor Michael McCabe and his financial team of Assessor Ashlie Brown, Collector-Treasurer Matthew Barnes and Auditor Vicki Moro giving an overview of the budget.
