New York City developer Garett Vassel plans to spend about $15 million to redevelop the property that used to hold Kaplan’s Awnings in the 100 block of Northampton Street in Easton.
Work could begin in April on what is expected to be an eight-story building with a rooftop restaurant, city Mayor Sal Panto Jr. said on Tuesday.
