The latest tussle is between the general secretary and the vice president. General secretary R Gopi has issued an order suspending the vice president on April 15, 2024, stating that the latter has been suspended by the managing committee in its meeting held on April 12 for his vacation of office without intimation of 9 consecutive meetings of the Managing Committee as per the Rule 23 (11).
