Exactly what that means is not clear because this is still a very active scene, a very active investigation, as you can see behind me. We have road closures in may. Heres how we got to this point. This started around 1 15 at 19th and k streets northwest. Initially d. C. Police said the person had a Mental Health crisis when the barricade started. It is at 1999 k street northwest where this started, an office build of some sort, although its not clear what is in the building. D. C. You have snow thats been pushed out on a street, maybe clearing a secondary street and you get those piles in the intersections on the main road that may have been cleared.
