more ugly words in one of the ugliest campaigns ever. joining me now. trump supporter kayleigh mcenany and clinton support christine quinn. given donald trump s lack of supporters among women voters was such a comment helpful? probably not. look, i think he was frustrated in that moment. i think there are a lot of woman who looked at hillary clinton and did see smug, arrogance. certainly conservative women and there is a deep frustration with some of the things she s gotten away with. there is a lot of frustration there. and i think that was a moment of frustration on donald trump s saying those words. i don t think he should have said it. but i think if it were a man sitting there he would have said nasty man. probably doesn t help but i think most women are voting on issues. he s certainly been versus aggressive towards the men he was against in the primary. i don t think take this as a sexiest comment honestly.

that s what barack obama to election twice. that could well do the same for hillary clinton. you know, she has huge support. clinton support collapsing based on a couple of numbers from iowa and a couple from new hampshire that show weakening support. she s very strong. a very strong front-runner across the country. it s not that she not that she can t lose. not that she can t be beaten. but she goes in this debate as a strong front-runner who can-can look towards some big victories potentially in those subsequent primaries. okay. joining us from las vegas, casey hunt. what are we looking for tonight? reporter: good morning, guys. we know this is a make or break moment for hillary clinton. but it could also be for the democratic party. while clinton did spend years as president obama s secretary of
a report in the new york times. there has been an unexpected ground swell of support out in the field for bernie sanders this summer. those same party officials still believe sanders won t be the nominee. there are a lot of reasons for that. a more familiar name might make for a backup plan. having that plan is one thing. breaking the glass to use it, entirely another. turning back to the panel, we were talking about those new msnbc numbers. and the clinton support is strong, he says. if anything, it s in marked contrast to the media discussion, the washington political discussion around all these e-mails. having said that you must admit there are people, and they are not nobodies, and they are talking about who might be an alternative. joe biden or other. listen, i m all in favor of competition. it s gad for spo good for sp.
