美国的教育内卷：贤能制已成固化阶层工具内卷（Involution），描述的是一种在微观尺度上不断演化改进看似有进展，但在宏观尺度上处于停滞的状态，所有微观的演化改进从宏观尺度看来类似于零和博弈。贤能制和内卷有什么关系？关系就在教育。当贤能制遇到内卷，就成了一个有毒组合，突出体现在教育上。这是我最近读了《贤能暴政》和《贤能陷阱》两本书后得到的印象。前一本书的作者是哈佛大学“网红教授”迈克尔·桑德尔，他在哈佛大学给本科生开设的“公正”课有段时间在国内也很流行。后一本书的作者是耶鲁大学法学院的丹尼尔·马尔科维茨教授。两位教授都是美国顶尖大学的教授，他们自己和他们的学生都是典型的贤能制的赢家，却不约而同地用“暴政”和“陷阱”这样负面的词汇来描述贤能制。当然，他们讨论的都是美�
