This happened shortly after 7, when a 74 yearold woman was leaving an outdoor concert, which are held o throughout the summer and sponsored by the city. Police say ash was backing out, she hit the gas instead of the brake, running into a group of mostly elderlyte residents. Nine adults were treated, including six were taken to the hospital.
