A 45-year-old Waubun man was arrested Aug. 20 in connection with a dual-pedestrian hit-and-run that injured two last week. The pedestrians needed to be airlifted to a Fargo medical center for treatment due to the severity of their injuries.
The Becker County Jail roster shows Justin Wayne Richey, 45, is being held for two counts of criminal vehicular operation along with driving without a valid license and drug possession.
