[horn] by 7:00 p.m. last night. that was the hope that that would occur. whether or not everyone left, we just don t know. but we have seen high water vehicle by the clearwater beach police department come through here. otherwise, haven t seen anyone walking around, thankfully, as this system continues to increase. now, we know that the hurricane is expected to make landfall in the next couple hours. just southeast of tallahassee on the panhandle. and the big bend. the big bend, where it turns, the peninsula turns north of me, very rural area. fishing villages, forests. there s going to be a lot of downed trees and a lot of flooded areas with cars that will be swept away,
