Armies. People use the Word Proxy a lot. They are iranian armies. If iran stops funding them, they disappear. So when the biden administration tells israel that it should not go Into Rafah, or that it should hold up or should pause or deescalate on rafah, that in hindsight, was exactly the wrong policy decision.
