The Happy Animals Shelter Club, which was ordered to be closed by the City Health Office (CHO), is set to have a re-inspection conducted by the CHO and City Veterinarian's Office (CVO). This follows after the animal shelter expressed hope that the concerns raised by the CHO can be resolved.
