Panduro will represent District 5 and serve a two-year term. Tonnesen will speak for District 2 for the next four years. Rick Vaccaro and Vice Mayor Pam Bertani were re-elected to the council but for the first time representing a district rather than the entire city. Vaccaro represents District 4. Newly elected Fairfield officials to take oaths of office FAIRFIELD The current Fairfield City Council will consider three block grant matters and a resolution accepting the Nov. 3 general election results, among the items of business, and then welcome two new members to the first seven-seat district-based council. Vice Mayor Pam Bertani (District 6) and Councilman Rick Vaccaro (District 4) will take their oaths for new four-year terms, while first-time members Scott Tonnesen (District 2) and Doriss Panduro (District 5) also will take their oaths.
