Ordinance. this property is intended to be used and it has been used for well over ten years as a historical marker, zero commercial use. and i would ask that you find that this piece of property flag included does violate the city of orangeburg s zoning ordinances. i can t keep up with that. with all due respect, that was a beautiful argument that was made, but this is not the forum to handle a piece of property that has been deeded to a private entity with no problems. there are being some raised, but uniquely they re being raised schematically all across the united states of america. this is first amendment speech. it would behoove the leadership of this group to not overturn a well-founded decision by the zoning that falls in accordance with the law.
