Southern California Deals With Aftermath Of Deadly Train Crash
LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Planned utility work near parts of the Metro L, formerly Gold, Line will necessitate an interruption in rail service from tonight through early Monday morning between the APU/Citrus College Station and the Duarte/City of Hope Station.
Southern California Edison will conduct the work starting at 5 p.m. Saturday, according to Metro, which reported that regular service is scheduled to resume at 3 a.m. Monday.
Train service will continue to run from Duarte/City of Hope Station to the Atlantic Station. While the work is being done, all northbound trains will run as far as Duarte and turn back toward Union Station.
