Or are some brief heavy rain. The bulk of it has gone through. Theres some mixed precipitation up in the sierra. One more system has to slide in here. So were not completely done, but we will get a little bit of a break, thank goodness, today, that will take us into 50s today. Some morning rain, scattered showers, mostly cloudy. Some cool air is on the way, as well. Sal. I mean, backtoback systems here, very impressive. Yeah. And one of the things that obvious it affects the commute be, it affects roads. A lot of roads are closed the morning. Highway 17 should be reopening soon after debris over all of the lanes here. We are now looking at the tracy super commute. There has been standing water, and there have been closures because of the wet weather. Well be talking about those. But right n ....

The biggest mudslide outside guerneville crosses several roads, and because trees are falling, be several homes are now red tagged as uninhabit. It is a soupy quick sand, impossible to walk through. We saw an elderly woman shouting from her window. Her husband just had surgery. He couldnt walk. We just wednesdayed that rescue happening, as well as others being taken from their home. There were children. We did speak to one of the people rescued a short time go. Here is what she had to say. I opened the door and a bunch of water rushed in, so i shut it, of course, and then we all got out through the window. Im just thing aboutal of the stuff left at the house, the animals, my kids stuff. And many are saying they dont have flood insurance. One of the people from hollister fire said he has never seen this area flood. This just november flowed. Right now, their focus is just getting these people to safety. A lot of flooded homes damaged here. Its so dark that theyre having a really tough time navigates around this road, because its not very well lit. Back out here live, in the distance, we could see a boat, and nobody was in that boat, so perhaps they are still trying to get to the ho ....
Lot of snow. Several feet has fallen over the past few days. Lets take you live to the south bay where there are flood rescue operations underway. The street looks more like a river.
