The annual Western Illinois University Employee Memorial Tree Planting Ceremony, which has been held each spring to honor employees who passed away, will be moved to the fall semester this year. The event will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20. As the pandemic prevented the memorial planting ceremonies, employees who passed away in 2020 and 2021 will be honored at the Fall 2022 ceremony with the planting of two trees. ....
