This is actually the question that got me interested in elections and voting during 2000. We all know it happened in florida, but what really isnt known is that 4 to 6 million votes were lost during that election, not due to fraud or anything, but just plain old mistakes. This sadly makes the United States rank 25th out of 73 countries as far as electoral integrity.
