CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The City of Charleston says they are partnering with Days Inn to provide hotel rooms for homeless families and individuals in the community.
The partnership will be discussed in Tuesday’s city council meeting and plans show council members will be voting on whether to extend their contract.
City officials say the need for additional space has grown as the pandemic forced many families into difficult situations.
