this country. when you own something you should have a say. cultural rights are also very important. and if there are treaties which i have not seen, but i am told, that the united states is on thin ice when it comes to treaties, with native americans and that they are not operating properly in going through the proper procedure. so there s a whole lot of facets to this story. it s easy to see why it has taken six years. but it is unfortunate to actually have united states senators stand up on the senate floor and talk about 42,000 jobs and it s a joke. i can t believe that hoefen was saying that. he comes from a state, north dakota that has plenty of oil. this country has plenty of oil. we have no shortage whatsoever. we do not have to take this risk. canada can move it to the west coast through their lands but a lot of their folks don t want that either. this is a big day because the
